Shipping, Tracking and Processing Time
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Tracking numbers are stored by order number within the recent orders history of your Print 3D account. You can also search for an Order Number by date or P.O. number.
Select an Order Number you wish to track. This will take you to the Order Details page where you can view full shipment details. Under the Product Details section, you will see your order's tracking number. By selecting a tracking number, you will be redirected to the appropriate shipping carrier site for tracking information, including proof of delivery. If you can’t find your order tracking number, or if you require further assistance, please contact us.
Failed or Refused Delivery:
If a delivery is refused or failed (multiple attempts by the courier), the courier will return it to us at "our expense." Any additional costs incurred as a result will be deducted in case of refund or added to the invoice in case of reshipment.
Our goal is to ship out as soon as possible. Orders are processed the next business day after the cut-off time of 2:00 pm. The turnaround time for most orders is 24 to 48 hours.
Out of Stock and Sold-Out Products:
Our warehouse is synced with all items shown on the website. Out-of-stock items will be restocked as soon as possible. A partial order will be sent when one or more items are out of stock, and the option will be given to refund the out-of-stock order or wait for the back order to be completed.
