Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, returns are accepted for refund as follows: Any/all products for return request must be new, unused, and sealed inside any/all packaging it came with when dispatched The original purchase was made no more than 30 calendar days from return request. The original purchaser must contact us prior to returning any items for approval at support@print3d.dev. Return shipping is paid by the BUYER, unless expressed in writing by Print3D. If your product is defective, we will issue you a return label free of charge. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE (unless item is being returned due to defect) Any damages to returned products from poor packing or handling during transit will not be the responsibility of Print3D Any products returned that don’t meet or accept the above terms will not receive a refund.

Filaments we will only take them back if they are defective or Still in their sealed bags.

No Refunds on printer kits unless specified or damage printers.  

Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
