Ordered 4 silver, contacted customer service because I wanted black and was told it was changed. Received 3 black and 1 silver. The box even says silver so it’s not inventory error. Contacted customer support with no contact for days. Good thing I can say is they allowed me to change the order and responded the first time, after that I can’t say much. All products are genuine.
